The job duties shall include but are not limited to: 


  • Generation of a portfolio of clients who charter on private jets
  • Cold- calling/emailing/meeting new potential clients
  • Client relationship management
  • Procuring a suitable option for the customer
  • Achievement of revenue targets
  • Development of new business.
  • Managing the full sales cycle as well as building relationships with clients at all levels

 

Qualifications and skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Aviation) from recognized University
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aviation/ Charter Sales / Brokerage. Experience within the European region.
  • Technical skills: Professional competence with Office pack · Knowledge in CRM software is an advantage
  • English language: Professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speaking (a third language is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Selling and negotiation skills
